Somatic Movement Therapy
Somatic Therapy is a form of psycho-therapy that focuses on the physical experience of emotions. It teaches clients to tune in to their body sensations as a way to better understand and process their trauma and joy. It is an effective method for learning to experience emotions through the body, leading to improved self-awareness, regulation of emotions, and better mental and physical health.

Bree Gwinner, APCC
I work from a relational-attachment lens which means I am most curious about your earliest relationships, how they have informed your nervous system, guide you unconsciously, and keep you stuck in outdated, unfulfilling, and hurtful patterns as an adult. I invite clients to be curious about, and begin to create, a loving relationship with their inner child.

Tori Perreault, AMFT
I believe within each of us is an inner guiding wisdom that is always trying to reach us, which we can use to expand our lives. I seek to create a space for you to slow down, breathe deeper, and reconnect yourself with the root of who you are. I am an LGBTQIA+ affirming and Neurodivergent-Affirming therapist. In my work with children and families,

Hanna C. Peterson, AMFT
As a therapist, I create a safe space to support you on the journey towards healing, transformation, and self-actualization. I have a humanistic-based approach, utilizing Jungian psychology, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Somatic therapy. I embrace the diverse needs of all people, so I will work with you to find the ideal therapeutic modality that resonates most with you.

Sarah Weiler, AMFT
As your therapist, my goal is to foster a safe and affirming space for you to discover, create, and achieve your goals. I typically use ACT, mindfulness-based, and person-centered approaches to therapy, but I practice flexibility in finding the right modality for each person. Our therapeutic journey will value and prioritize all of the unique qualities that make you, you.

Ananda Day Cavalli, AMFT
I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, understood, and truly heard. My approach is collaborative and grounded in the belief that you are the expert of your own story. I draw from attachment, psychodynamic, and Emotionally Focused Therapy to support individuals and couples. Together, we can explore trauma, relationships, and personal goals while working at a pace that feels right for you.
